How you interface with the world: Observe your
interactions in daily life, for example, at social events or while
talking to people in mundane settings like the grocery store. It's
normal to interface in different ways depending on your Element: If
you're Wood, you'll likely be private, if you're Fire, you might be
shy, if you're Earth, you might be really open, if you're Metal,
you might hold back and watch, if you're Water, you might feel
socially awkward at times and be very social other
times.

Self-Doubt: Identify areas where you are doubting
yourself and how this could be linked to past
experiences.

Perception of the World: Examine whether you see
the world as a threat and how this affects your
authenticity.

Walking Your Path: Check if you are metaphorically
on your life's intended path or if you are taking a
detour.

Unconscious Beliefs: Understand if your deepest
unconscious beliefs align with your stated beliefs.

Obsessive Thinking: Notice if certain thoughts
dominate your mind and how to bring balance.

Authentic Self-Expression: Verify how you speak
about yourself; avoid self-denigration and be genuine.

Pains and Reactions: Be aware of deep emotions and how
they can trigger disproportionate reactions.

Intimacy and True Qi: Explore your comfort level
with intimacy and sharing your true self with loved
ones.

Guilt, Shame, and Control: Acknowledge feelings of
guilt and shame and how external control affects your
Qi.

Identity and Authenticity: Reflect on whether you
are the person you truly want to be and how closely you align with
your authentic self.
Being gentle
with yourself during this observation process. Acknowledging that
trauma can make this process difficult and patience and kindness
towards yourself are crucial. We are all on our unique
